Golden Squad Football Management's athlete criteria and our working conditions:

★ Top categories and active players up to at least 4th League (Domestic - Overseas)
★ Those who have played for the National team in any category (For all football players)
★ Have played in Europe or popular Leagues (For foreign players)
★ TransferMarkt / PlaymakerStats web page (For all senior players)
★ Those with videos (Image quality does not matter)
★ Football players we liked as a result of all watching and detailed research
★ Top categories and active players up to at least 4th League (Domestic - Overseas)
★ Those who have played for the National team in any category (For all football players)
★ Have played in Europe or popular Leagues (For foreign players)
★ TransferMarkt / PlaymakerStats web page (For all senior players)

TRANSFERS AND CAREER PLANS
If the player meets most of the above criteria in our selection, it is the priority. It's not enough to like your football. While determining the football players, the use of social media, private life and family structure are investigated. (Tobacco, hookah, etc.) It is very important not to use harmful substances and to comply with the ethics of the athlete.

If we made a deal with a football player, he was definitely included in the Golden Squad with his potential feature. We do not work with any player without a contract. Our contract includes legally required clauses and we charge 10% for the transfer. We first make the profiles and image work of the football player by obtaining authorization with the contract. Our players also declare that they work with us from their personal accounts.
★★★ IMPORTANT: Simultaneously, we begin our transfer negotiations. We make all the transfers, but it is the club managers and coaches who will decide to include the player in the team. For this reason, no transfer guarantee can be given to any football player whose name is not known in the football market.
We make the career planning of our players with a common idea. We evaluate all transfer offers together with the athlete. We do not allow our players to have direct contact with other managers and club managers without our knowledge. We want our players in a certain age group to be able to make their own decisions. A football player managed by family members cannot make his own decisions on the field and cannot take responsibility. For this reason, we do not allow his family to interfere in our professional affairs. We work after we agree on all these criteria.
